GourangdiB.Ed College, Panuria, Paschim Bardhaman established in the year 2013, has successfully completed 13 years of excellence in teacher education. Our institution is recognized by the National council for teacher education (NCTE) and affiliated with BABA SAHEB AMBEDKAR EDUCATION UNIVERSITY for our B.Ed course. Additionally our D.El.Ed course is recognized by the West Bengal board of primary education and our diploma in Montessori teacher training courses is recognized by Netaji Subhash Open University. Our achievements successfully complicated OOL B.Ed under Netaji Subhas Open University ODL D.El.Ed. Under West Bengal board of primary Education and ODL D.El.Ed under NIOS New Delhi

Sri Lalit Kumar Roy, Founder of the Gourangdi B.ed. college had the vision to empowered the youth of surrounding areas especially from downtrodden and poorest of poor families, through quality teachers education and training Program's like B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. His mission was to provide employment opportunities and foster educational awareness, ultimately eradicating illiteracy and promoting holistic development in rural communities.
